Welcome to Kitchfit. By placing an order with Kitchfit, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.1. Our ServiceKitchfit provides chef-prepared meals designed to support a variety of health and fitness goals. Our meals are prepared fresh each week using quality ingredients and are intended for general healthy eating.Kitchfit does not provide medical advice or personalised dietary treatment unless expressly agreed as part of a separate coaching service.2. OrderingOrders must be placed before the advertised weekly cut-off time.Orders received after the cut-off may be processed for the following week's menu.Orders are subject to availability.3. PaymentAll orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.4. Meal CollectionMeals are to be collected during the nominated pickup window.If you are unable to collect your meals, please arrange for someone to collect them on your behalf.Once meals have been collected, responsibility for safe storage transfers to the customer.5. Food StorageMeals must be refrigerated as soon as possible after collection.Please follow the storage instructions provided on each meal label.Meals should be consumed by the nominated Use By date.Kitchfit cannot guarantee food quality or safety if meals have not been stored correctly after collection.6. Allergies & Dietary RequirementsKitchfit prepares meals in a kitchen where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to:Gluten

Peanuts
Soy
Sesame
While every reasonable effort is made to avoid cross-contact, Kitchfit cannot guarantee that meals are completely free from allergens.Customers with severe allergies should contact Kitchfit before placing an order.7. Nutritional InformationAny nutritional information provided, including calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats, is calculated using standard ingredient databases and recipes.Values are estimates only and may vary slightly between batches.8. Refunds & CancellationsDue to the perishable nature of our products, refunds cannot be provided once meals have been prepared.If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact Kitchfit within 24 hours of collection so we can work with you to resolve the matter.Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.9. Quality CommitmentWe take great pride in preparing every meal with care.If there is ever a genuine issue with your order, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving problems fairly and professionally.10. Coaching & NutritionAny coaching, meal suggestions or nutritional guidance provided by Kitchfit is intended as general information only.Customers should seek advice from their medical practitioner or accredited health professional before making significant dietary changes, particularly if pregnant, managing diabetes, food allergies or other medical conditions.11.
